Steve Madura is a Senior Consultant who has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in project management, system selection, merger integration, and operational assessments.

Steve leads many of the firm’s project management engagements, helping banks navigate complex and transformative initiatives. He has extensive knowledge and skills in evaluations, Systems Development and Delivery Methodology, Organizational Change Management, and Business Requirements Analysis. He also contributes to the firm’s Bank Vendor Evaluation and Best Practice Review services, leveraging his deep understanding of the banking technology landscape and vendor offerings.

Steve has successfully delivered a wide range of projects for banks of various sizes and markets.

Steve holds a BS in Business Administration Management from Roosevelt University and is trained and experienced in Six Sigma.
